Requirement and Qualifications:
  • TCTW mill claims' filing and coordination
  • TCTW expediting
  • verifying and approval Buy Out Vendor Invoices, gather buy out paper work from branch for A/P to make payment
  • Excel and word skill is must, including basic format, calculation formula, V-lookup & Pivot Table. Fluent English in read, write and speak preferred.
 

 
(3) Job Title: Indent Sales Assistant
Location: Long Beach, CA
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Indent Sales Assistant, which needs to communicate with indent customers starting from entering SO, getting PO Confirmations signed by customer utill shipment delivered. Including responding customer's requests in shipping documents and shipment updates, expediting indent shipments with TCTW; receiving and billing indent direct shipments; provide shipping documents and customer po, signed po confirmation to branches for shipping indent indirect shipments
 
Requirement and Qualifications:
  • Excel and word skill is must, including basic format, calculation formula, V-lookup & Pivot Table. Fluent English in read, write and speak preferred.
 

 
(4) Job Title: Import Operation Associate
Location: Long Beach, CA

Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain day to day import operation, coordinate import shipments with vendors, prepare and confirm order approval, handle pricing information, release invoices, confirm shipment receipt and any assigned duties and tasks.
